FAQ

Questions, answered.

The short version of how Orzeko, DealerOS, and CertGate work. Still have a question? Get in touch.

What is Orzeko?

Orzeko is a platform company that builds vertical operating systems for specific industries. One shared core — identity, organizations, permissions, billing, and audit — sits underneath purpose-built apps like DealerOS and CertGate.

What is DealerOS?

DealerOS is the all-in-one operating system for car dealers: inventory, an AI photo studio, CRM, repair orders, parts, and marketplace listings in one workspace. It is live in beta.

What is CertGate?

CertGate is a decision-support and workflow-documentation tool for FAA DAR-T designees across all 108 function codes. It does not issue airworthiness certificates or replace the judgment of the authorized DAR-T/designee.

How do I get access?

Orzeko is in invite-only private beta while we onboard our first customers. Request access from any page and we'll reach out — there is no public self-serve signup yet.

How does sign-in work across apps?

One Orzeko ID logs you into every Orzeko app. You manage your organization, product access, and billing from the account hub at accounts.orzeko.com.

What does it cost?

Pricing is being finalized with early customers during the beta. Plans are structured per vertical with the shared platform included. Reach out and we'll talk through your rollout.

Is my data secure?

Every request is scoped to an organization, permissions are enforced on the server, and security-relevant events are audit-logged. See the Security page for how we handle tenant isolation, authentication, and encryption in transit.

What industries are next?

We're building toward more verticals — real estate, healthcare, field services, and others — on the same platform core. If you'd like your industry considered, get in touch.
